Utterly pointless. Start learning AE to re-create the effect.
As Mylenium says, you will need to learn a few things in order to do that. You will need to lean what luma keying is, retroscoping, and keyframing to do what I think you want to do. In any case, I think that is a good start. Patience and a willingness to learn are key to be successful in adobe cc.
If you mean this lower third:
Then you can either spend hours and hours trying to isolate the color values create some transparency and remove the background and end up with something that is not very high quality or you can study up on creating shape layers or create that graphic in Photoshop, then simply add a text layer in AE.
If you mean, how do I remove that graphic from the video the short answer is you can't effectively or easily remove the graphic.
