Windows 10

I have powerpoint 2013 with the Articulate Add on. It requires Flash upgrade or else freezes. I am running Windows 10 and the Flash site prevents an upgrade to Windows 10. How can I force an upgrade or otherwise make Powerpoint work?

That does not work. When I click Download, it goes to a page that tells me Flash is integrated with Windows 10 and stops there.
