I don't know why as they both loaded apps from my one and only CC account, but this *appears* to be causing an issue with the 'wouldn't it be nice if it just worked' sync to Creative Cloud feature. Can anyone suggest if a) this is what is causing my CC sync to be unusable, and b) how do I fix it?
uninstall the incorrect language programs.
open your cc desktop app>click the grear icon at the upper right>click preferences>creative cloud>app languages and select the language you want.
install the programs you want.
