Can web apps I created be forwarded to a customer by another customer pressing the submit button?

I'll try to explain this best I can. I am new to web design. I am wanting to create a web app that will be filled out by one customer. After the customer finishes filling in the fields of the app and presses the submit button, the information is then forwarded to another customer. Example: Customer A has listed a product. Customer B is interested in product. Customer B fills out form concerning product and submits. Customer A then receives the inquiry from customer B. Is this possible and if it is how can it be done?

Let's say you have 2 web apps: Products and Inquiries.

A creates an item in Products. B likes it, and he creates an item in Inquiries containing A's customer id. All Inquiries items are listed in A's account filtered by his customer id. Good?

That's what I was looking to do. Unfortunately, I had no replies and was on a timeline. I switched to wordpress and accomplished what I needed. I am still curious how this could be accomplished through bc though.

It could. I gave a brief description in a previous post, just create two webapps: for products, and for inquiries.

Inquiries just must have a customer (product seller) ID custom field to be filtered by to display it to the seller.
