A password when installing an application sounds like something OS-related or network related. I would recommend contacting your system administrator.
This was not the correct answer. However, the problem has since been rectified. Thank you for your time.
Blessings and all good,
If you know how the issue was resolved, can you post it here for the benefit of other users?
The problem was that my original User ID and Password were different than my new login with Adobe. The e-mail address was quite outdated and I no longer made use of it. Therefore, staff assisted me by transferring my Serial Numbers for Dreamweaver CS5 and Acrobat Pro 9 to my new User ID while the New Password will continue to be used. When doing a stand-alone installation, the Password can be ignored. Problem solved. Blessings and all good. - Byron S.
