I tried to upgrade to Windows 10 and my Audition 2.0 software did not work. I went back to Windows 7 and it is still not working. It asks for an authorization code. I tried to get one from Support/Chat, but that was not an option. So, I went to download Creative Cloud and after running the .exe file, I get an Error (1) message. When I go to the support page for this error message, it says, "This page is not available".
That would have been helpful if I could have accessed it while searching for solutions. Instead, I finally got a tech support person from Live Chat to help. It only took an hour with him, plus the previous 2-3 hours spent on a goose chase for solutions, an unresolved previous chat and a phone call to a support person who could not help because it was not his department. Most difficult upgrade.install ever. Adobe is another company that is too big to offer quality customer experiences. 4 hours to upgrade (pay money) and install a new version of software I already owned. Ridiculous!
