    cannot authorize my computer with ADE


      I had to delete my Microsoft Account and create a new one with same ID and password.  Now can't authorize my computer with ADE.  I get this error message:  you can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn't been previously used to authorize any other computer or mobile devices.  I tried the Ctrl+Shift+D method and NOTHING happens.  So how can I authorize my computer. ???  I also lost all the books that were on my ADE file when I deleted the Microsoft account.
