How do we type conjuncts in unicode fonts, specifically Adobe Devanagari?
I am using the Devanagari Qwerty keyboard, and all the glyphs are working fine, but I don't know the special key that tells the font I am now going to type a conjunct.
A Google search turned up this page:
Devanagari Unicode Entities
I don't write in Devanagari so this may be totally off base!
You need to hit the "F" key after your first letter to tell the keyboard you want a ligature/conjunct. ङ्क्ष is achieved by typing z, f, k, f, x from the Devanagari Qwerty keyboard.
