If you installed trial version before purchasing , then you can convert all trial apps to paid version by Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps

I had installed the trial version Photoshop and Lightroom, when I finished the period of use (30 days), I paid the plan for photographers. Creativa Cloud was installed I have to pay.
