In researching the problem for when you try to Export to PDF I have found that the problems lies within the users profile. I logged in to their computer as my self and Exported the same file to PDF without any issues.
I also uninstalled the app and re-installed the latest CC version.
I deleted her Preference files in App-Data Local and Roaming opened up InDesign and still has the problem. Her Windows Profile has no issues printing from other programs.
Anyone have a clue to where additional ID Profile related items my be found like maybe in the registry?
Try deleting the entire InDesign folders from Local and Roaming, then reboot and relaunch.
