I chatted with Naresh on Monday about the fact that I keep getting reminders to pay my account- I went in to update my CC details which refused to be accepted, and Naresh assured me we were up to date with payments, he could see no issues, and I should ignore.
Today i get an email saying my account needs to be paid today.
i have tried to update billing details, I have tried to speak to someone about my issues- and now I can only use a forum to sort it out.
Can someone please contact me to sort out my account payment so I stop having to contacting adobe about it!

We were unable to charge your existing credit card, please provide new card information by navigating to the URL here - Secure payment portal and I will re trigger the payment on new card.
Why were you unable to charge my existing credit card? Because if i go to your portal i'm just going to enter the same details.
