    creative cloud payment information


      I got an email stating I had to update my payment information to continue the use of my memberships. When I did this, following the instructions of the email, I did not find the "edit payment details" page. It also said that I still had the free creative cloud membership which I upgraded to the student membership a few months ago.

      where has my membership gone?

      and how can I update my payment info to keep using it.
