Hi, One of our Creative Cloud users is getting error messages that say she's either not online or there is a billing problem with our account. I've gone through the licensing steps twice with the user. Accepting the Team invitation but on the Team Portal it still shows not being accepted. The Click to Resend remains. Our 12 other users have no issues like this.
The users PC is on the internet with no internet issues. I remoted in to it from my PC from across the country. The time clock is correct. I exited all Adobe apps and deleted the OOBE folder, and the user signed back into the Creative Cloud app. Will monitor the issue.
I found that despite going thru accepting the "team invitation" process several times that it never showed as such in the team portal. We had been using Internet Explorer. I finally solved the issue by using Google Chrome to accept the team invitation.
