Panorama .HDR (dot HDR) 32 bits

Hi guys, I'm using Lightroom CC to make a panoramic HDR image.

I shoot a 360 scene using 3 exposures, merged each shot in an HDR and then put them together in a panoramic image.

So, Lightroom saved a .DNG file the way I needed, but my client is asking this file as .HDR (dot HDR).

      How can I make it?

Because once I open the file in photoshop it goes down to 8 bits and I lose data.

What I need is an 360 panoramic image HDR in a HDR file extension with all my shoot data.

      Many thanks.
