I am connected via gov network which it keeps telling me that I am not connected to the internet. We have an Enterprise License and I am not able to complete the installation in several oversea sites. Can you provide guidance to my issue.

It seems to be a firewall issue wherein the firewall prevents the CC to connect over the network.

My IT department told me to go use my wifi at home to activate it without logging into the network. That should mitigate the firewall issue.
