Crashing Mozilla 40.0.2 - Adobe Flash Player Windows 7 Constant Install not resolved

Only just installed Mozilla 40.0.2 - Keep on Having Adobe Flash Player crash - Tried all troubleshooting - still crashes.

Only a beginner - can someone talk me through how to ensure that I have the correct settings?
