    Crediting the account twice — still no subscription


      Money has been taken twice from my credit card. last month, even though I paid, I still had the trial mode on. This month the money has already been taken from my card and yet the cloud says that the trial mode is over. Can I have my money back? For both months? I want to switch to annual all-apps plan but I'm afraid that there's gonna be an issue again
