URL redirect not actually redirecting

Hello,

We've saved a URL redirect, and it is showing up in the redirect list, but the old URL isn't actually redirecting to the new one.  Here's a 10 second screencast showing the URL in the redirect manager, and my clicking on the old URL: http://screencast.com/t/djgy8vYX83Fc‌

I tried chatting with BC support about this, but the person didn't know what they were talking about. 

Any ideas?
