    QT Slider not "seeking"

    Level 7
Alright I have a quicktime slider setup with a custom slider (an oval). I
can get it to motion based on the movie playing, but when i try to drag it I
      have a couple of issues.

      1. The slider doesn't move as fast as i am dragging it, as if it were
      lagging
      2. It's not seeking at all, when I drag it it will just go back to the
position it's currently at in the movie.

Any thoughts or suggestions would greatly be appreciated. I'm a lingo newb
      though just fyi lol.

      Thanks!

Hmm. My crystal ball is very hazy today - and your shoulder is blocking part
of your screen, but I'll take a shot. Delete lines 14 and 17 in your script.

On the other hand, I seem to recall several working behaviors for this are
available on various Director sites. www.mediamacros.com www.director-
          online.com and probably more.

            LOL. Good one, Mark.

Basically, if we're going to help you out, you've got to show us your
code. But Mark's right, start with one of the working examples on
either of the two sites he mentioned.
