I've seen head turning used with the Wendigo.psd example. Creating a layer for each head position and using an exclusive keyboard trigger i.e (1!) for full turn right. (2!) for half turn right. Character Animator Examples
Currently, you need to use keyboard triggers to trigger quarter and side views like in the Wendigo puppet example.
We are investigating a way to control puppet turning by turning your head, so stay tuned.
You an add behaviors to puppets in Character. Just select them in the Project or Puppet panel, then add them using the Add Behavior ("+") button in the Properties panel.
