I've recently downloaded Lightroom CC 2015 as well as updated my laptop to windows 10, now for some reason the 30s lightroom introduction video will not load (this is the first time I have opened Lightroom). As soon as the introduction video pops up it just stays black indefinitely and i am unable to close it, so basically Lightroom is rendered unusable for me.
Has anybody had/heard of this problem before? Is there a way in some preferences to turn off the introduction video (I can open menus like 'file' but as soon as a menu closes the video pops up again)?
Somebody please help! I have over 64gb of photos to edit and I dont want to do them through photoshop
Hit the Esc or Enter key and see if that gets rid of it.
Hi Alex ,
Please press the Esc Key or Enter Key on the keyboard when you see the Video Screen, it will go . In case if it still appears, please uninstall and reinstall Adobe Lightroom.
