I just installed Creative Cloud (Lightroom and Photoshop) on my Asus AMD FX-4300 Quad-Core 3.8 GHz
with 8GB RAM, running Windows 7 Professional. Actually, I'm pretty sure I didn't get Lightroom installed
all the way.
Every time Lightroom starts itself (which is frequently) it locks on this screen:
For the record, I did not install Quicktime--my prior experience with it is that it's pretty much a virus.
Anyway, once Lightroom locks up, I can go no further; in fact, I have to go to task manager to end it.
My attempts to reinstall Lightroom have been unsuccessful, although I did not uninstall it in Programs.
Photoshop works fine, BTW.
Can someone advise me? I'm on the first day of my trial, which is why I didn't want to uninstall without
Launch Creative Cloud and go the the Apps tab. Can you click "Open" from there?
So I'm running Win10 and just opened up lightroom for the first time.
The video will not play. The X button will not work. I can't use Lightroom because of some crappy 30 second video that Lightroom won't let me skip. What the heck is going on here.
Please press the Esc Key or Enter Key on the keyboard when you see the Video Screen, it will go . In case if it still appears, please uninstall and reinstall Adobe Lightroom.
