Why can't I get a print dialog box when selecting local printer in PSE 12? I want to print a jpg photo in Windows 7, using my HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 wirelessly. This works in PSE 10.

Why can't I get a print dialog box in PSE 12? I select local printer, to print a jpg photo, in Windows Home Premium 7, using my HP OfficeJet Pro 8620 wirelessly. I had no trouble printing in PSE 10.
