i just paid (couple hours ago) for a Creative Cloud Photography plan (photoshop + lightroom) but i still can't open my photoshop (the trial has expired).
I tried the "activate licence" button but it cannot retrieve my subscription. I then tried to logout from Creative cloud and login back again and it still doesn't work.
The payment has been confirmed and my subscription is noted as active on the creative cloud website.
Any ideas ?
Please close all the Adobe Process from the task manager.
Restart your computer, open CC desktop app. & Sign Out from the CC desktop app. , restart the CC desktop app. Sign In again using the Adobe ID.
Refer to this KB doc. for help Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps.

i did all these steps but it still doesn't work :/
