I have read several posts regard this issue but nothing seems to work for me.
I am running with windows 8.
I have uninstalled the app and re-downloaded it. I have renamed the OOBE file (and in fact can no longer locate that particular file). I have rebooted several times. I am not sure what to do next..

I have tried all of those "solutions" but none of them worked.
Perhaps the reason being is that I cannot actually "quit" the application before trying the solutions.
