Where did you purchase Premiere Elements 11 from and when?

Has the Adobe document on Redemption Codes given to you in post 1 been of any help in resolving your issue?
The other important question becomes, how long ago did you purchase Premiere Elements 11 and from what vendor? That was pointed to in post 2.
My question would be is there any expiration date listed on the Redemption Code that you have?
It is probably unlikely that Adobe will be of assistance in this matter since you are not dealing with the current version and have not purchased from Adobe (it only sells the download of the current version which is now 13). Nonetheless, if all else fails, you can contact Adobe via the link in the Adobe document to determine if you can get input from it.
If you purchased Premiere Elements 11 from a vendor, any return/refund is governed by the return/refund policy of the vendor.
