Are you using Adobe Lightroom as Trial or Licensed(Standalone) Version.
What Platform are you using.(Window Or Mac)
Are you getting any specific error message.
I have a licensed standalone copy of Lr 5.7.1 loaded on my Windows
computer. After spending an hour speaking to Adobe Tech Support on the
phone and getting NO help, he sent me to "forum.adobe.com." There I
chatted with online with several individuals from Adobe Tech Support who
assured me they could assist me with my problem. After another 30
minutes, mostly waiting, they told me to go to the "community forum"
site and post my problem there and maybe someone who has a similar
problem could help me. Then they disconnected.
Since I received absolutely no help from Adobe personnel, I uninstalled
Lr 5.7.1 then found where I could download it again I attempted this. it
took 5 tries before I successfully got Lr to work. I did this on my own
without Adobe assistance. I am very disappointed in Adobe and their lack
of adequate technical support.
Since I am back up an running I thank you for your assistance but I'm, I
hope, good until the next time. I'm just waiting for a customer
satisfaction survey to respond to. Thank you Again.
