LR 6 does not work on two Mac after System rebuilt

    gérardl95865804 Level 1

I have a a permanent version of Lightroom 6 which was working both with my MAC Pro and my Mac Mini.
I had to reinstall Yosemite 10.10 on my Mac Pro.
At the first launch, I got an error -16 which I solved using the rename procedure of the SLstore folder.
The next launch was OK. I was asked to enter my serial number and did that.
At this moment, I had a warning telling me the number of activation wxas over due to existent activation on an other computer.
I disconnected the activation on my Mac Mini and everything was OK on the Mac Pro.

Quitting LR6 and going back to the Mac Mini, I saw the same dialog and was unable to activate LR 6 on this computer.

I am running a 30 day evaluation version on Mac Mini.

      Where am I wrong ?

      Best regards,

      Gérard

Right you never Deactivated either or both installs before trying to reinstall. Adobe keep a tight rain on the number of activation's. Only 2 are allowed. Since you never Deactivated you are now at that limit with no install of LR.

You will need to either contact Adobe directly, this forum is not a direct link to Adobe, or log on to your Adobe account and see if you can deactivate it yourself.
