    Need access to Manage Account options allowing switch from annual to monthly billing. UI appears to lack that choice.


      My Creative Cloud plan didn't auto-renew because there wasn't enough headroom for the payment on my credit card account. I want to switch from annual to monthly billing now, anyway, but there seems to be no way in the Manage Account UI to implement that change. Attempts to reach a live Support link just loop back to menus. Frustrating. How do I make the change?
