What version of Premiere Elements and on what computer operating system is it running?
You probably have H.264.mov files which should be compatible with Premiere Elements. The first question becomes "Do you have the latest version of QuickTime installed on your computer along with Premiere Elements?".
That may be your answer to success.
Please review, consider, and give details so that we can give you a fine tuned reply.
Although it depends on which version of the program you have, what operating system you're using and, most of all, if you have the latest version of Quicktime installed, per the program's requirements.
If QuickTime becomes the issue here as I originally posted in post 1 of your thread, then we need to discuss "latest version of QuickTime 7" to use if your Premiere Elements is on Windows 10.
At the present time QuickTime latest version 7.7.8 has problems on Windows 10, and several have mentioned going with QuickTime 7.7.6 until Apple straighten out the situation.
But the answer to your particular situation will be in the details that you provide.
