    catching that keyCode

right to left languages are a problem with flash and programmers need to find creative solutions. Hebrew works to an extent unless the movieclip is transparent in which case hebrew textboxes dont work at all/

so i decided to build my own text box as a movie clip that registers what key is pressed and then attaches a movieClip with the visualized image of the font i want thus i will have a movieClip emulating a textbox.

the problem lies with an unregistering keybord keys "<" and ">" which actually acts as letters in the hebrew keyboard layout but dont register a keyCode nor register as being pressed by the listener inside the movieClip.

Is there a way to get these keys to register as being pressed.

again. i am reffering to the keys "<" and ">"

      thank you
