We need to know the version of the software you are trying to use, and the operating system, when the problem occurs, and exactly what happens (including the exact error message, if any).
If it used to work, but does not work now, what has changed on your system recently?
Is it possible to know the current version if the soft is not opened?
The operating system is W7.
No error message is displayed. I just try to open acrobat Pro and nothing happen. Even in the tasks manager nothing about adobe in "process"...
Use Windows Explorer to locate the application .exe file and right-click. Choose properties, then details, to find the version.
Are you sure the applications are still installed? No process sounds like the shortcut could be leading nowhere.
