I purchased Adobe After Effects month-month subscription and cancelled it after March. Although, I have been charged from April-August. I haven't received any invoices from Adobe by email. I spoke to a technical support chat person and have a transcript of the chat in which he informed me that it was a mistake on Adobes side. Then he said we can't refund month to month payments. So what now? Adobe is given money for a product I didn't use. they get money for their mistake?
I would like a resolution to this issue.
