Why is there not an English Version of Adobe Premier Elements 12 Available to "re-download"?

I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 12 & Adobe Premier Elements 12 in January 2014.  I just purchased a new laptop and went to "re-download" both only to find that I could download the English version of Photoshop Elements 12, but that the English version of Premier Elements 12 is not available.  Can anyone help?

Have you tried downloading from Adobe's download page?

Download Premiere Elements | 13, 12, 11, 10

Available in both 32 bit and 64 bit versions, depending on your version of Windows.

Yes, unless I just don't know where to go.  I went to the Adobe web site, found the download older versions link, went to the Premier Elements link and clicked on Premier Elements 12 - which showed not available for Windows in English.  Am I not looking in the correct spot?  I just clicked on your link and got the same problem!

Mac is available in 4 languages - RHS column

Windows available in 14 languages - LHS column

The installer file is common for all those languages . it is simply listed in the middle .

The Adobe  installer file automatically detects your System Language and installs the application in that particular language accordingly .
