Not able to see all on-line video content

More often than not, video content turns black, and I can only hear the audio.  It's been this way for a while.

I have Windows 7, the latest version of Adobe Flash.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling,

I've tried making sure that Active X is not being filtered

I've tried everything that I could find on line, but nothing seems to make a difference.

What else can I do?

Debbie

It happens on most videos on-line, there is very little that I can see on line.I check them with my phone and they are fine.

Hi,

Please work through the video troubleshooting guide.  Specifically, disable hardware acceleration.

https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/video-playback-issues.html

If you're still stuck, please follow the directions in the guide on providing the dxdiag report and additional information about what you tested and saw.

Thanks
