I have a prepared form with multiple date, initial, and signature fields for 2 signers, but when I go to "ready to send" I just get this error message. I have tried multiple times, re-adding the fields into fresh PDFs, I even uninstalled Acrobat DC and reinstalled it, but same thing happens every time. What am I doing wrong?

Yes, after much effort and back-and-forth, it ended up being an issue with my email account. Somewhere along the line I had changed my primary email address associated with my Adobe account, but not my EchoSign account, which I did not know was separate. Once they both were under the same email, the problem was solved. Hope that helps you.
When I subscribed to Acrobat DC I subscribed with my gmail and then switched emails to use my work email address. I switched back to my gmail address now and that seems to have alleviated my problem. You're a lifesaver. THANK YOU for responding back in such a timely manner.
