    sync problems mobile



      I am trying to sync my mobile phone with the LR.  Initially everything worked.  I added m lap tap in order to work on the go and while showing friends the LR mobile, everything disappeared.  I deleted the data from the mobile preference settings and retried, however nothing happened.  Appreciate any help/suggestions

          Did you connect another catalog to your Adobe-id? If so then this is the reason why all your assets are gone. NOrmally a causion allert should come up within Lr Desktop.  With the Lr Mobile service you can only connect 1-catalog per Adobe id.  After you have triggered a Delete All Data you need to start the sync again via the top left identity plate.
