Yes, the A77M2 requires at least ACR 8.5, and PSE13 can be updated to ACR 9.0; however, PSE14 is likely due out any day now.
If you have the camera but not the software then try running Elements in trial mode for 30 days and maybe PSE14 will be out by then and buy that.
If you have Elements 13 and don’t have the camera then you’ll be ok as long as you update Elements to ACR 9.0.
