how do I get my cs suite to start on a new computer?

I have paid for a yearly sub. for creative suite and my computer died. I have looked all over the adobe site and downloaded both cs6 files and cannot get the cs suite back??  How do I get it started and how if I cannot get it started how do I get in touch with Adobe?

If you have a subscription for CS6 then you should also have a link in your account to download the software ("should" being a questionable term) .  Try going that route to get it installed.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
