The profile will only be seen if you have a raw file selected. Only those available for a specific camera model will be available.
I did the same thing, I put the .dcp file under the directory /Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/CameraProfiles (I'm using Mac, actually I even tried putting it in every subdirectory too...) but I can't see my camera under Calibration and I'm using a DNG picture.
I restarted several time, no luck, I see Adobe standard and Embedded lines only
Start the Mac path with tilde: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/CameraProfiles
Mac HD / Library / Application is where the program puts its official profiles that it is installed with but you cannot put custom profiles there as they will be ignored.
You must put any custom profiles under your Users / username folder where the easiest is to start the path with a tilde character (~).
Maybe I'm missing something due to the language difference, but I don't see Users in the screenshot.
Try this: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/CameraProfiles correcting any of the parts to be the native language of your computer.
