I went thru all the recomended options and all seems ok. I have x64, catalog and prewiev + temp location is the same.
Is it possible to get some failure report from LR?
Whenever Lightroom Crashes you will get a message "Adobe Lightroom has stopped working"..If you click on Close, it normally Presents an error code upon clicking "Details" option.This will have the "Faulty Module Path and name".like Libcef.dll etc OR
You can open Event Viewer in Windows 7 to view any Previous Error Log Identify software conflicts | System log | Windows Vista (same as Windows 7)
Other suggestions will include
- Removing External drive and other External devices like Phone,Card,Camera to see if the issue persists.
- Creating a new Test catalog
- Resetting Lightroom Preferences File Preference file and other file locations | Lightroom 5
