I have a document with multiple frames, one on each page, and I want to be able to move the text in any one frame to the next frame (page).
Can someone please show me the command for this in Windows.
Oops - got the answer! -
1. right-click before the first word in the frame
2. select 'Insert Break Character'
3. 'Frame Break'
That will work as long as the frames are threaded (unthreaded frames will go into Overset). Even faster, if the frames are threaded and have only a single column, would be to press the Enter key on the number pad, which is the default shortcut to insert a column break. With only a single column, the next column starts in the next frame. You can also use Edit > Keyboard Shortcuts... to create a custom set and assign the shortcut of your choice to the real frame break.
Many thanks Peter.
