Yes, you can combines different documents with Acrobat Pro DC. As you have a subscription or perpetual license of the app so kindly check whether you are using Acrobat Pro DC or Acrobat Reader. When you have a document open in the app, you can also check about your subscription at bottom right side in the app below the toolset.
You need to use the web interface to combine pdf files by going to https://cloud.acrobat.com/combinepdf .
If you have installed Acrobat DC on your desktop/laptop, then you can combine different PDF documents into a single PDF.
But, if you have Acrobat DC for mobile, then you would need to purchase Adobe PDF Pack subscription.
