I've bought creative cloud photography and I've managed to install Lightroom, but I'm unable to install Photoshop (which should be included in the package) - the issue is that in the creative cloud menu the PS app is still the trial version (which will expire in 3 days) and the only option is to click on the 'buy now' icon. How can I download the full version of PS cc?

Please try following steps to resolve this issue :

1. Rename the SLCache folder to SLCacheold, present at the following location:

Windows: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe

Mac: System Library/Application Support/Adobe

     2. Rename SLStore folder toSLStoreold, present at following location:

Windows: C:\ProgramData\Adobe

Mac: System Library/Application Support/Adobe

   3. Rename OOBE folder to OOBEOLD

Windows : C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local\Adobe

MAC: ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe

Later, Please try : Sign in and sign out to activate Creative Cloud apps
