Full Screen with 3840x2160 Resolution not working correctly

I just started using 4K monitors (3840x2160 Resolution). When viewing flash content in full screen, I only see the top left portion of the content. It seems the boundaries are messed up and it extends the content bigger than what the screen size actually is. Are there any settings to correct this?

Hi dpmoody0011,

What operating system and browser are you using?  Have you tried more than one browser to see if the behavior changes?  Have you changed the browser's zoom level at all?  What about the operating system's DPI level (assuming you are on Windows)?

Thanks,
Chris

I am using Windows 10 w/ IE. I haven't tried other browsers yet. Will try and report back. The browsers zoom level has no affect and can't be manipulated when you are viewing flash content in full screen. Adjusting the DPI may fix the issue, but I can't log out right now to verify (just setting it w/o logging out appears to properly size the content, but it is offset so the content is still not on the screen). Windows sets your DPI setting to 200% on this resolution so things don't appear so tiny. I'd hate to have to switch my DPI, log out and back in whenever I want to view flash content. Not very convenient.

Thank you.  Could you take a screenshot of the problem in IE and send it to ccampbel@adobe.com?  I'd like our QA team to see this.  Out of curiosity, does the problem happen with both Edge and IE, or just IE?

Screenshot sent. It appears it is only happening in IE. Just tried Edge and it works as expected as well!
