I purchased upgrade but was unable to open LR 6 after download. I went to chat room three times, no success. Finally Adobe support took over my computer and were twice unable to successfully download and open LR6. I suspect I either need to talk to someone on the phone or get a refund.

Windows 7 64 bit OS. I went to the Adobe website and followed their instructions to download the upgrade to LR6. But when I click on the desktop Icon or on the downloaded file I get a message whose exact words I do not recall but that something could not be found. As mentioned above I went to Adobe chat room and repeated the process 2-3 times with same result. Finally the support person received my permission to take over. He worked for a good 20 minutes (including opening a second log-in as administrator) and received the same "cannot find" message 2-3 times. He then said he would note all of this for my record; haven't heard back since then. I have recontacted Adobe today and they indicate they will be contacting me.
