Corrupted Photoshop CC & Lightroom CC Installs

I went to load LR CC (Windows 10 machine)  last night to import a memory card from a days shooting.

Got an error 15 message. Tried to uninstall, then re-install. This has completely corrupted my installation.

I now can't uninstall either LR or Photoshop via the uninstaller or manually. When I try to uninstall I now get an error 16 message.

I tried to check the permissions of the SLStore folder. I get a message saying its corrupt / unreadable.

To make matters worse it looks like my catalog file has vanished.

Before last night both Lightroom and Photoshop were working without issue on my machine.

I've tried running the clean up tool.

I have resolved this by re-installing windows 10 and starting from scratch.

The Lightroom catalog was found on my external HD which wasn't connected when I encountered my original issues - I think this may have been the root of the problem.
