Had to reloade Windows 7 operatring system..did this on new clean hard drive. All of my CS 6 files are still on the previous hard drive but I am not able to activate please advise

Computer crashed and had to re install windows..all of the CS6 components are still on a separate hard drive in computer. That drive was not wiped..how can I reinstall al of the Suite to same computer?
