Did you tried contacting Adobe Support via Live Chat ??
If not ,.
Click on still need help button and select Chat option :
Let me know if you need further assistance ,.
I've done this, but it won't let me activate the chat. I've assumed that it is because my account isn't registering, but I do have a few things like ad block and ghostery and so on running. Do you think any of these may be blocking it?
Are you using Windows comp or Mac ?
Mac with Yosemite up to date. Google Chrome.
I see that you had already tried uninstalling and reinstalling .
