I keep getting an unable to download  Error Getting License. License Server Communication Problem E_ADEPT_REQUEST_EXPIRED

I've already DeAuthorized and Reauthorized. I'm just trying to open a textbook so I can finish a syllabus. Textbook company referred me to Adobe tech support phone, which referred me to a chat website which referred me to this forum. So it's already ridiculous. Help please.

Having the same problem.  Also when I click on ADE it goes straight to library and I cannot get  to home page in order to do a fix recommended by KOBO.

I tried the chat it was not helpful, have also uninstalled and reinstalled but it did not help still go straight to the library.

I am having the same problem as well.  Very frustrated and can find no help!
